Panama City Beach – Schooners The Last Local Beach Club is sponsoring the biggest four day lobster festival in Florida. Invited divers hunt the deep waters of the Gulf of Mexico and lobster lovers feast on the bounty. Over $5,000 in cash and prizes!!
Proceeds from the Panama City Beach Lobster Festival will go to The Toys For Kids Foundation and The Florida Aquatic & Marine Institute!
I bought my raffle tickets from a cute Schooners employee named Rocker. If you want raffle tickets ask for Rocker she was the top ticket seller in 2008 and intends to win in 2009 as well!
The schedule of events follows:
Thursday 9/17 – Kick off party with Troy Syfrett and the Nashville Mafia – Live
Friday 9/18 – Lobster specials all day and night. Mini Auction and $1,000 Raffle. Arizona on the bar stage.
Saturday 9/19 – Sand Sculpting Competition featuring the award winning sand sculptors Standing Ovations. Nothing Short of Pure playing on the beach stage. Arizona playing on the bar stage. Raffle.
Sunday 9/20 – Lobster Fest noon till?? Charity Auction 5-7PM. Final raffle $$$$$ Arizona on the bar stage.
