• Kent-Forest Lawn Cemetary: Memorial Service at 10 a.m. Monday at Harrison Avenue and 23rd Street. Gulf State Guards Reenactors will perform honor guard duties. Details: 763-4694 or 271-8365
• Panama City Garden Club: Ceremony at 2 p.m. Monday in clubhouse at 810 Garden Club Drive. Speaker: U.S. District Judge Richard Smoak, a West Point graduate; Norma Hubbard on the young George Washington. The name of Spc.
